I have used this as the primary back-up for my Mac that I bought at Best Buy and have never had any problems with it. I don't need to worry that information will be lost or corrupted. I would recommend to anyone

So far this has been a good purchase. Hooked up to my Dish dvr and easy to transfer shows to and access shows to watch from.

This external drive is fast and takes up little room. The drive is fast enough to move large video files with out a lag.

Easy and inexpensive way to backup my computer files. My old 500gb backup was full so this will take me out a few more years

Works great for PlayStation 5. Keeps old games off of my hard drive and leaves space free do download more games.

Western Digital seems to be our go-to in computer storage. There are gobs upon gobs of bytes and megas that transcend into terabytes which allows my wife to dump all of her photos from her iPhony onto this impeccable drive. Every other month she does this...I don't think we're close to filling it up. Easy to use. Highly recommend. I have spoken.

Fast hard drive with a ton of space. Always buy Western Digital portable drives as they have yet to fail me like Seagate has.

The WD easystore 2TB external usb portable hard drive works great for me...plug in usb cable to pc and it’s up and running. I use it to back up photos and files from my desktop pc’s 2TB hard drive, or move files from place to place. I also use online backups but like a local copy that’s always original quality. Does what I bought it for...price at Best Buy before Christmas was so good also gave one as a gift.

Purchased to add storage on Xbox Series S for older games. Just got my son Game Pass, with the majority of available games being past Xbox One or before, as this hard drive cannot be used for the new Xbox Series X|S games. Got this drive at a great price. It has USB 3.0 connection, which is the minimum required on Series S. I tried connecting an old HD that is USB 2.0, but the console would not allow us to use it for any games.

Bought to store family photos from our phones. Cheaper than cloud storage.

I work from home. Great having a reliable backup for my computer. Wish it came with a manual to refer back to instead of having all the instructions downloaded on my pc.
