    Love that this doesn't need an external power supply. Works with anything I've hooked it to. Pretty fast transfer rates also.

    I am not very smart when it comes to todays technology. I have a older PS4 console that only has 500GB. I was telling a friend of mine that I was going to sell it to buy a newer model with a 1TB, cause I needed more space for my games. He told me why don't I just buy an external hard drive instead of paying all that money for a new console. Thanks to him, I purchased the WD 2TB hard drive and saved me some bucks from buying a newer PS4. The hard drive was also on sale at BB, so I didn't hesitate to buy it. Its simple to connect and get it going on my PS4. It was just what I needed.VERY GOOD UNIT!

    I bought this for external storage for my play station 4. I downloads slow, but dose what I want it to do at a very low price compared to the other external hard drives I looked at. If I did it again I would do a solid state hard drive.
