Low cost reliable data backup

I downloads slow, but dose what I want it to do at a very low price compared to the other external hard drives I looked at. If I did it again I would do a solid state hard drive.

Great external HD

I just reformat the drive so that they can be read and used by both Mac and PC and away I go. I have bought over 80 of these units through out the years and can honestly say they have performed and held up well. Like any hard drive, you never know when they will fail so backup constantly. I highly recommend them!

Perfect size and price for me

I started my backup of ~300 GB of data expecting to chill with a pot of coffee until it was done. Well, the data transfer rates were awesome and I was very happy until I realized I could back to work quicker than my old HD
