Speed is good, Plug-N-Play, about the size of a deck of playing cards. Good price.

The plastic casing feels a bit basic, but that’s expected in this price range. It’s unobtrusive and gets the job done

Disappointed that Best Buy has doubled the price of this item. It works great, but I can’t rationalize spending $170 on this item when I bought the same item for $80 a few months ago.

I use a portable External Hard Drive for storing photos shot in RAW format to save hard drive space on my laptop. This Hard drive is super-fast and reliable must have qualities for storing photos. Western Digital has been making great Hard Drives for decades and I have total confidence in their products. Don't take a chance of losing your data, back it up!

Bought this as a Deal of the Day to use for extra storage for an Xbox Series X, and it's worked well so far. For optimized Series X games, I have to move the games to the internal console drive from this external drive, but that process is pretty quick. Very happy with its performance.

Great external HD for storing photos, documents, backing up your computer, etc. I love everything except that in order to save data to the drive WD requires a software install, which isn't a big deal, I just wish I didn't have to.

I bought this drive to provide external storage for my new Xbox One X, for music, videos, etc. Installation was easy - just plugged it in. The Xbox immediately recognized it. There was no need to do anything else! I have been using WD external drives for over 20 years, and not once have had any kind of problem. For those looking to expand the drive capacity of their Xbox One X (or S), I strongly recommend this unit.

This is a great product very fast and reliable when comes to memory space very easy to use as simple as plug and ready.

I have several WD MyPassport and MyPassport Ultras that I use for backups and off-site storage. The WD - easystore® 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive, exclusive to Best Buy, is essentially the same drive without WD encryption and backup software. Seeing I don't need/use that extra software, I saved some bucks on this plainer drive. Works just as good as the MyPassport. Bonus is that it matches my older MyPassports in shape and size ... not the funky new squared off design.
