Simply plugged it in to the USB port, told Time Machine to use 'this disk' and away it went. Been working fine ever since. Luckily, haven't had to restore anything from it yet so can't comment on that aspect.

a must have if you play multiple games at once

Just plug it into a usb port and format and you are ready to go. It took two minutes from start to finish to set it up.

Plugged it in and it was compatible within a minute or so. I did not have to do anything to install drivers. Thus far it has been working just fine (acknowledging the jinx). Great amount of data storage for the money.
