Needed installation help from tech support

I had to contact WD customer support. The rep was hard to understand and not very friendly. I had to download installation software from the WD support site. It wasn't that hard, and that fixed it, but I thought it would be easier than that.

Works well but has to repair constantly.

It says I must have shut down incorrectly but no matter how I shut it down it still happens. It take about 90 seconds every time I boot up. Other than that it’s just a slight inconvenience. No loss of saved data at all.
