Used this to upgrade my HD on my first gen PS4. I was too lazy to open it up and swap out the HD. This took about five minutes to format. No issues at all!

This being packaged with my new laptop made it an easy purchase. It’s super convenient to transfer files and with USB 3.0, it’s incredibly fast.

I bought this to use with my Xbox One s and it works phenomenally. I first wasn’t sure if it would work but it sure did. Totally worth the money.

Purchased this external hd since my PS4 was low on space. This worked perfectly. Plugged it into the ps4, formatted and worked just like that.

Day by day data getting increased it better to keep safe. It has automatically take back up feature which is awesome. I like this device very much.

I purchased this drive specifically for my music library. No connection problems and no errors when using this to listen to music. Very quiet and stays cool. Recommended!

This is definitely a must buy. I do a lot of editing for pictures and to have this drive auto backup at anytime I want is perfect to set it and forget it.

Works great and comes with safe packaging. Chances of getting scratches on the hard-drive so purchase case as protect it with a case.

Great price but slow transfer speed. Returned it to get the newer version.

Use it for backups and file archives. Haven't used the included software yet because I just use it as storage and send backups to it via other options.

1. The manufacture should PRINT a step by step instruction for loading and down loading this hard drive from an old machine to a new machine.. 2. Geek squads MUST make sure they back up ALL the owners computers files. I will carry it back and we will give it another try.in a few days.

This product is perfect for having a reliable, portable hard drive for housing all of your files! It has tons of space I would definitely recommend it to others to use!

We compared other drives online from other retailers, and to get a 2 year warranty on an online-priced drive is very solid. WD always does well and makes solid products.

I bought this for my step-daughter, and it works very well to store all of her media. Since it is a USB3, it is a relatively fast backup that should suit your needs.

Great amount of storage and price but the speeds are slow. No matter what device I connect it to, the speeds are not impressive. Use for media but dont use for games even though it is USB 3.0.

Great Drive for your money. It also comes with Utilities, Security, Discovery and Backup. It is not loud in the background.....very quiet.
