Not complaining, but it's well known. If you don't buy an official "apple" product, there's always some checklist of things you have to do before full functionality. It was not that bad, and I honestly expected worse. Alas, up and running and works great a few weeks into the purchase.

Great product, Price-point all seem to have struck the right cord, except the aesthetics of it. It feels like you are holding a plastic Altoids box. Even that would not do justice to Altoids, they look much better. Otherwise, sturdy product works great - size and price point is perfect.

Using primarily as a DVR with DISH Wally box, be sure to disconnect when not using as Wally never turns it off, otherwise will die prematurely.
