    The price was right but I need to keep it unplugged until I actually backup since it takes a lot of time to restart my computer with it attached. I still recommend it for a inexpensive backup option.

    The installation in order to use this device with a Mac is a little bit more of a process than with a PC and retrieving information off of the drive itself can be a little bit complicated. That being said, it does the job it’s supposed to do.

    I have several of these devices and they work well with Windows computers, but unfortunately will not work on the Macs (even though it says it does-the Apple Store confirmed my issue). Definitely recommended for PC, but not for MAC.

    What took Sony so long to allow this option to expand the hard drive??? Finally I don't have to delete a game every time I play something new. Formatting is smooth and just takes a few minutes. Please note that about 150 to 200 GB are partitioned during formatting.
