    Got a really good deal on this during one of best buy sales. So far, it has been performing really well - although the write speeds could have been better. It averages 40-50MB/s while writing large files, even though read reaches 80-90 MB/s.

    A PS4 can quickly get filled withe games, downloads, patches, etc. even with a1 TB HD. purchased this item and it works perfectly. Save money and don't buy a 'game drive", most portable USB drives will work as external storage.

    Hard drive itself works great, but unable to locate the drive to set up the back up using the WD software. Having to use Windows to perform back up which is a pain.
