    This external hard drive is somewhat difficult to operate unless you purchase additional apps from WD. You have to setup a schedule to back up files and not all files are backup.

    It’s an external hard drive.... it stores my files externally. Simple to use - only complaint is that you can’t write files to it from a Mac, which is confusing because the packaging says it’s Mac compatible.
