    Not a bad product. Initially, I ran into issues getting the software to work. I had to load it 3 times before it would connect. However, once operational, it works fine.

    I have used WD products for years, and this is the first unit I have actually had trouble with the software working correctly. I have safely stored all my files from my old computer to this unit manually. Maybe a simple software fix will come up to make backup easier or hey, it could be user error. I am not worried that any of my files are going away. WD makes great products

    Purchased to use to transfer my photos from my camera. Love how fast the data transfers to the device. The 3.0 USB works as advertised. 2 TB does the job for my raw photos from my camera! Fair price as well!

    I have a macbook pro with 500 gb, and for a person that takes video and edits video, that's really small. I need something like to to make sure i can have enough space to work. This thing is compact and ready to do the job.
