Always looking for storage space look no further. Great for keeping all your stored items together and convenient enough to take with you to work or wherever. I have a number of these and will continue to buy more. I love it!

In all seriousness, this little guy is perfect for storing and stashing all those files you don't want anybody to find stored on your local hard drive. ;) Fits easily into your pocket, seems fairly rugged but I'm not a fan of the cable design.

East to use and back-up my PC and photos. Large capacity allows me to back-up important information. This is the second one I bought and I only use this for backing up. I use the other one for photos only.

Easy to transfer files. I did not like that it automatically transferred a bunch of stuff that I don't want on the external drive.

As a standard storage drive, you could do far worse. These drives last forever. That being said, if you’re using it for another purpose - for example, additional gaming storage - then bear in mind that because this does not have a power source of its own it will use your gaming systems power. Ensure that your connection to the system is firm and complete - doing this will prevent problems when playing. I bring this up, because this drive is listed as a good gaming hard drive. It is, as long as your connection is good.

Very portable and slim design, but the my only issue with it is that when you plug it in its only actually 1.8 TB of storage.

This portable hard drive works well. I needed a little help connecting it to my MacBook Pro, but once that happened, it has worked very well. Happy with the purchase.

It just works, can't ask for any more or less than that. I feel comfortable using it for both my, and my client's, data. Backing up is easy on the road with these, and they are inexpensive enough to purchase a few at a time for jobs.

The drive is quiet and almost does not warm up during operation. I bought it for MacBook backups. I hadn't any troubles with using on MacBook. First you need to install WD Discovery app. You can find it on hard drive. Then update app and build in utility. In tab "APPS" you can find WD Drive Utilities, use it for format disk to a MacOS supported file system. That's all.

2TB at a reasonable price! Great for backing up family pictures and videos.

I'm sure it works fine, but i needed an SSD DRIVE.

I added it to my fire tv as i didn't have enough storage on the tv and i gad to keep clearing out the catch on the apps so this stopped that problem
