Mac users beware

Was surprised that NTFS is the format and a Mac is supported by an app. Had to use Mac tools to reformat the drive to ExFAT before using as a transport drive between Windows and Mac.

Good once it is up and running

It wasn’t quite as simple as the box said it would be, but not complicated either. It transfers quickly so I am happy about that, but it doesn’t like the computer goes to sleep while it’s plugged in am does a full system check which can take 5-10min. The best part about it is how tiny it is!

I've been using WD hard drives in all my computers for years and this portable 2TB is the perfect "on-the-go" complement for any laptop or other portable equipment.
