A bit tedious to set up, but nevertheless very good!

Great but difficulty setting up. The formatting and instructions weren’t clear.

I used the external memory for my PS4. Once I plugged it into the USB drive, it gave easy instructions to format the hard drive, which took about 1 minute to do. It has worked great with no problems.

Device is as expected. Great Value for transferring and backing up files.

Good value; “geek” indicated it could be configured for Mac...and it was easy and quick to reformat.

I got this as an extra hard drive for my ps4. I just plugged it in reformatted it and boom an extra 2 gb of space on my hard drive.

This unit is extremely easy to set up. I had no problem getting the backup started, and I feel relieved knowing my documents are protected if I have another hard drive crash (I've had 2 in the last year).

It is the best thing I have I really loved this product to store my files photos n document.

I got this after I had a laptop stolen without a recent backup, not too bright on my part. This drive is big enough to backup all of our devices and is not only compact, but easy to use.

Used as external storage for the ps5 and playing games off it works great for what it is and for its price. Very easy setup Actually reads and writes faster than advertised though it still isn’t an ssd it’s snappy and does what’s advertised.

I bought this to store a bunch of games that I've been meaning to play but haven't gotten around to on. So far the few games I've played off of it perform about as well as you'd expect from them on a hard drive.

Has worked well since I got it, so about 2 years. It just started to stop working as it cannot stay connected to my PC and constantly connects and then immediately disconnects. the fan also makes noises. I loved this thing, thought it would last longer but I guess its time to get a new one.

Needed a fast and easy way to back up files while reinstalling Windows. The transfer speed was very fast and it had more than enough storage space for what I needed. Great product from a great company.

I have had good success with Western Digital external hard drives for many years. They tend to be very reliable. This one gives you substantial storage space in a very compact form factor.

Great long term storage. I have used this drive for back up on 5 computers. Not the fastest in the world, but it is accurate and easy to use and manage.
