This item is great, plenty of storage space and small enough that it doesn't take up too much space!!! We have several systems and have one on each!

Great drive for the price. Large compasity. I have a older WD USB drive which I used up it space and I needed a new USB drive. So I went with what I know WD drives are great

I see no difference between this product and any other. I bought based on price, reviews and brand. Proof will be in the pudding based on longevity and keeping data secure

Got this harddrive on sale for 80 bucks because i needed to back up old laptop data from a Vista computer. Works fast and holds a lot. Probably good for my PS4 as well.

I bought this hard drive for my nephews because their Xbox 1 ran out of storage. Now they have enough storage for every new game. It was very easy to set up and works great.

My home computer was slowing down so I bought this as a backup to get all of my pics/docs and stuff into a safer place in case it decides to go out on me. 2TB was more than enough room. It worked perfectly.

Works well for a great price. Tons of space for general data. Probably way more space than I need for PDFs, Word docs, and Excel spreadsheets.

I got this for my PS4, since the ones designed specifically for the PS4 are a little more pricey for no real reason. Pretty simple set up, you just format it and plug it into the USB port. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

After seeing the price and having success with a smaller version of this, we jumped on the opportunity to have this drive. Great bargain and great hard drive.

I purchased this external back-up hard drive on sale. With some minor assistance from WD web site instructions, setup of the portable hard drive was pretty straightforward. The only somewhat complicated aspect of the setup was that I needed to revise the partitioning of the hard drive. The initial setup allocated less than 100 GB to useful memory. Following online help, I quickly re-allocated 1.9 TB to memory available for backup purposes. I've run two back-ups so far, the initial full back-up and one incremental back-up; both ran smoothly.

I took off a star because initially I couldn't get my laptop to recognize the hard drive. Once I got it to recognize the hard drive it's Snappy quick easy to use Plug and Play you're all set. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy solution to backup their files, pictures, Etc.
