It took me multiple tries and a few prayers to figure out how to transfer things from computer to the portable hard drive, but it happened after applying a lot of guess-work and logic. I wish it had come with some directions to help, but it is amazing as to what it holds and how fast the transfers took place. I'm grateful to those who create such neat devices. It's given me peace of mind for sure. To be able to have access to all of it without it taking space on my new computer is awesome. It comes up so easily, it's like magic.
