Great hard drive. I just plugged it in, automatically formatted and has been working hard ever since. Got it on sale, so even better. I use it to record over-the-air TV.

I got this HD to replace a HD that failed after 2 years of use. The old HD was one I had to plug in to power on which at times was annoying. It was also about 5 x as big as this HD I purchased. This HD does not need to be plugged in to operate and connects very fast. It's super compact so it can travel well if needed. 2 TB is a lot of space and sufficient for my needs of pictures and videos to have as a back up and storage center. I got it at a great price on sale so it was a no brain'r. Everyone should have a back up device and this is a great choice!

This drive with simple to install. With the software set to auto run when you plug the drive in, it was almost too easy. Very good performance. Large data sets moved over quickly. The price was right as well.

Works great, no issues with it being an open box item, other than it cost less money than a new in box. :o) Note to Mac users, you’ll need to format the drive with your Disk Utility app before using.

I bought this to store my pictures and documents. Both my MacBook and iPhone had run out of storage so I wanted a way to offload my files. I needed a portable hard drive to store everything. This works great for my needs without breaking the bank. It does the job and it was affordable too! I feel more worry free knowing all my files are backed up.

Drive works as described. Very mobile and durable. Plenty of space to back up all my pictures and music. I would recommend it to all who are looking for a small footprint with a large storage

Great quality external hard drive , I use it for console gaming , I bought 3 of the 2tb hat drives and they work great , no problems at all I had them for a few years

I purchased this hard drive so I can have extra memory on my PS4. It formated the hard drive and has worked perfectly ever since I plugged it in the Playstation 4. Highly recommend hard drive.

Very easy to set up and transfer files. 2 TB is a solid amount of storage for everything I need. I replace my old WD 1TB external with this one. This one is way smaller and easier to manage. Great sleek design. Will fit right in your pocket for easy travel.

Very easy to use. Very convenient to swap between several pc's for file or photo backup purposes. Would recommend to anyone needing a alternative storage solution. Not sure how long it is supposed to last under general usage, so not able to verify a 5 star rating yet.
