Reliable and portable. Don’t drop it!

It looks exactly the same, just holds 2x the data. I used the old one daily for 5 years, carrying it to and fro. It was damaged when it dropped off a table. Be sure to backup you info in 2 places. Yes, twice plus the original. Have 3 copies! (My backup had become corrupted on another brand hard drive.)

Don’t buy the “official” PS4 external hard drive.

No drive lasts forever. The 2TB drive can be handy to back up your computer in case of virus infection. Remember to keep it DISCONNECTED to guard against virus issues. Burning back up DVDs works too. The Russians are out there. I think I see a black helicopter hovering near mybackyard.
