I had instruction from GEEK squad how to use this product, how to configure how many movies and how many bites I might need. I think this will be a wonderful way to store the movies for me. I have to have proof of them for insurance in case of fire.

might've been a bad lot a the same store

I exchanged it for the exact same model, and had the same result. Returned the second one for a refund. I also have the 5TB model and that one did not squeak.

It's so easy to put files on here, and I was able to transfer them to my new laptop in less than 20 minutes. It's my main back up until I can afford a desktop. I also have a WD drive for my PS4, so I definitely love this brand.
