got this during a sale. More than enough storage for photos and videos. easy to use even without the WD software.

Not sure if its a problem with the external drive or my laptop but unable to keep it plugged into my laptop due to files becoming corrupted. Otherwise, a good buy.

WD is always a great product. This is little bulkier that I thought but not much to change my mind. It has good data transfer rate. I have not used the security software as its for personal use bu tI heard that the security is good. I use it extensively as it for my pics and important files that I need to keep moving. Its very portable and sturdy. The newer model slim but go for any model.

Easy to use. I’m currently using this hard drive for my PS4 and it works perfect. All I did was reformat it.

I was skeptical but it's worth the buy. It doesn't have a password option but if that's not a concern for you, you'll love this product. I highly recommend it.

Works fine. No issues. But you might want to get something larger than 2 TB if this is for videos/photos. I'm already out of space.

I haven't had this external drive long, but so far it is very easy to use and the price was great. I prefer to use the Windows 10 backup features rather than the Western Digital software when creating backups.

This is an excellent backup drive for all your data. Very quiet drive and fast USB 3.0 transfer rates. Easily portable to take with you and connect to other computers. I have always purchased WD USB drives and have never been disappointed with the performance. This comes with standard Western Digital software to use to protect the security of the drive and auto backups if needed. Great design. Very sturdy case. Does not require an external power source.

Works great! Plug-n-play! Hate that BB got rid of the Elite Plus program though. This is how I get my extra points now! :)
