This is a really great hard drive, especially at such a reasonable price. Have not had any trouble loading or unloading files. Works quickly and quietly.

So far, it seems to work OK. /Best Buy techs were supposed to set it up to automatically back up, but failed to do so. North Canton store manager emailed me to make another appointment, and suggested I try to do it myself. I think I got it.

This hard drive work well with Apple Macbook air. Small size, easy to set up and immediate use,

2 tb I thought would be plenty but should've went bigger. It works perfect for storage. It's definitely a good starter if you're looking for quick storage especially at the price point

This is really a good hard drive with ample memory space and cost effective as well.

I like how I don't have to think about this drive, it just backs up my stuff. You can set how often you want it to backup your computer.

Took a bit to set up but once it updated and downloaded onto my computer I was able to transfer and save files and photos. I don't like that I have to download another app on my computer in order to use it, but I am glad I could save my files and free up space.

Just as I expected sucks that you have to reprogram the settings on it for a Mac PC but the instructions weren’t that complicated

Bought because it was on sale and good price for 2T drive

This 2 TB storage device is to be used to backup desktop.

Installation is simple, setup is also easy if you want it, I personally deleted it off and just used it as a really big flash drive but either way you use it, guess what? It works and stores stuff.

This was so easy to use. I downloaded all my photos and files to it with no problem. Small and easy to store

I'm from the old school, when a 2.5M disk was the size of a dinner platter. If more storage was desired, a multi-disk stacked machine was used. Hence, I'm still amazed that a 2TB 'disk' that fits in the palm of your hand, consumes minimal energy, has lightning-fast access time and is virtually indestructible exists. This product is an amazing bit of technology and has all the functionality needed. FANTASTIC !!

Worked out well....I did not know how to hook it up.....went back to store and worked with a Geek Squad agent......5 mins. later it was up and running

First of all, I am not tech savvy, so a detailed response about specific function will not be provided. All I can speak to is my basic understanding and experience with this product, which I have only used 2-3 times. It was easy to use. I did not experience any difficulties with installation or transferring data. The WD - easystore® 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive worked great - it was simple, fast, and functioned in accord to product description.
