I hope the hard drive is reliable?

I had to get the installation information on line. Although I have familiarity with computers, I found it a little intimidating to install everything. People that aren't computer savvy will have a problem! Otherwise, the unit seems to function very well!

This drive is not so fast but is a good deal if you can get it for about $55. It is complete plastic/ fiber body.

Received a faulty unit

I have no issues with the replacement and the first one was just a dud.
