great little hard drive

I have only had it for a month. I have had no issues with it. Just format it and go, it formats in NTSF which will not be recognized on Windows or Mac. You will need to format it in Fat 32 if you want to hook it up to different devices.

Good but not perfect.

I was able to get the storage device to backup my files but it was not an automatic process right from the start. To be fair I can’t say it’s the fault of the device. Maybe I was hitting the wrong link or something in the set up. I am 54 years old and I was a little stressed and felt this setup was taking too long. I’ll chalk it up to we all process and see things different on our computer screen. However, I will give this backup device the benefit of the doubt and recommend it. It’s been working well ever since.
