    Trying to get use to this one. I had an element & replaced it with this. It is smaller and lighter. Seems to work fine. Hadn’t used it much at this point.

    I’ve always been impressed with this product - through the years. I have perhaps 15 of them. Very compact and easy to carry easy to find a case for that you can put a new cord and hard drive sometimes a 2nd Drive. I’ve never had any trouble with any of them or the years that’s why I continue to purchase them.

    This external hard drive was super easy to install and the computer set it up right away. we had run out of storage space on one of our computers that had an internal 1 TB hard drive, couldn't save games or anything and I didn't want to erase anything i had saved. This little hard drive solved all my storage problems. I really recommend it

    Drive works great as portable storage, I am currently using it to host a few VM's for software testing. It is a little sluggish at this task but I fully expected that when purchasing a non SSD. Overall performance is great for external backup and storage, the drive is light, and the only thing I wish it had was usb 3.1 or thunderbolt support.

    I bought this, got it home, and it started squeaking(something healthy harddrives do not do) as soon as I plugged it. I exchanged it for the exact same model, and had the same result. Returned the second one for a refund. I also have the 5TB model and that one did not squeak.
