I encrypted the drive which means it was cranking for almost 2 days. Test one passed...the drive is easily logged into via encryption meaning the whole process was successful and it's running perfectly. So far it has passed my scrutiny. I think it will satisfy yours.

Awesome external hard drive/storage

Had an older version that was tall & somewhat thin - eventually fell and plastic casing broke. Took quite an effort to get contents off the old drive. New Easy Store 3.0 2TB hard drive is fantastic! It’s small, lies flat on table - not likely to fall & break. Very fast file transfer. Only wish I had purchased the 4TB!
