    Worked great for several months, than I got an error on my Mac that said it had an error. My Mac disk utility cant fix it, but I think it is still backing up properly.

    I needed a drive with more memory to replace my older drive used as a backup. The setup was easy. I transferred the files from my old drive to this one with problem. I've only had this drive for less than a month so I can't comment on reliability. aBased on the ease of setup and use I would recommend this to a friend.

    Drive works well but is formatted as Windows NTFS. My attempt to format it as an Apple drive failed. I had to connect to Windows PC reformat as FAT then was able to format on my Mac. Other than that drive meets all my needs.

    My PC was running slow because my hard drive was filled. I just plugged this in to my PC and moved all my music , photos, and video files over. Now my PC is working great again. This portable Hard drive is silent and has a fast transfer speed. I would recommend.

    I'm a hobbies the and I keep thousands on thousands of photos on my hard drive. From days at the race track to parks with my dogs all of the way to engagement photos. Everything gets uploaded to this hard drive, nothing is kept on my iMac

    I bought this 2T WD easystore to manually backup files at least monthly and then store it in a remote location so that in a fire or such I would not lose the data. This it does well. The instructions however are quite poor.
