I decided to begin a fresh back-up for my PC and had found my 1TB WD external drive to be convenient and reliable. Three years of use had used 40% of the 1TB so I went to a 2TB WD drive. Installation and user interface are even simpler and more intuitive than the previous WD product!

this was a great purchase. has fast download speeds, otherwise great product.

I'm very pleased with my WD Easystore. It suites me just fine for storing my documents and not needing to get on the Internet to access or add to them. Plus I don't have to worry about someone out in cyberspace someday stealing my stuff because a cloud storage site has been broken into.

I'd been looking for an exteral hard drive that I could afford in order to backup all my class work & videos. This was affordable & has the capacity I needed. Now I don't have to work if my pc crashes on me I'll have everything backed up. Turned out to be fairly easy to install.

This product is great! I use it to store photos and videos. I love the memory on it and the color, too!

Got this for my sons PS4 as games are huge nowadays. Very happy with size and speed of drive.

I bought this to use on the new laptop I bought. I originally was just going to use it to put all my games on to keep my laptop free of more space. However, I ended up putting tons on pics on it as well. Very pleased with it and it's so easy to use.

I got this drive in November 2022 and died about a year later. Last month, I found the box that stated it had a two year warranty. Took it back to BB (since it is a BB exclusive) and they told me that I had to deal with the manufacturer. Looked at the manufacturer's website and too many requirements to return it (packaging, etc.). Besides, I am hesitant to send all my data in (I expected BB to check that it wasn't working and destroy it in front of me or give it back and get a new one). So the warranty is totally worthless. With so many good reviews, I have to assume that I was one of the unlucky ones to get a defective item, but the warranty is totally worthless.

I liked the price of this hard drive and thought its worth. I really liked this, its handy and very useful.
