Bought this external drive to solve storage problems with my PS4. Super easy to use. Basically a plug and play device. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is finding themselves deleting games to add more. Found it on sale, and works like a champ!!

I've been using WD products since mid 80's when I first purchase a computer. WD produces high quality products and their services are only a call way, if you need any services. WD-Easystore is a good product for storing files like family photos and movies. I highly recommend this product.

I love this inexpensive little device that can hold a massive number of files for backup. Plus, it's USB 3.0 for speed and backward compatibility. It also come with free software for both PCs and Macs that looks useful, but I haven't fully explored it (WD Discovery.exe).

This tiny thing holds up a lot of space. I got it to transfer everything from my old laptop in case I needed something before getting a new laptop. Works well and does its job!

Generally good. Available space is less than 2 T though.

Needed a larger back up and this one is working quite well. Installed easily and happy with ease of operation.

WD Hard Drives are great: fast w/ USB3, convenient because they are powered via USB (no external plug needed), work on every device I've tried (including PS4), and they store a lot! If you need extra storage this is a great option, all you need to consider is cost vs. size.

Picture is great at 1080p and above but grainy when cable is broadcast at 720p which seems to be majority of channels. Has no external on off button so if you misplace the remote you have to unplug it

I guess most get this to use as a backup but I got it for additional hard drive space. Most PC's usually come with at least a one tb drive but even that is hardly enough any more especially if you are a gamer. This drive fits the bill and I got it at a good price.

My son needed this for his Xbox. It was hookup in less than 30 seconds.

Wow was it hard to set up, considering it only has one function - to store backup files. They named it Easystore, but that is not the case. I was going to take it back, but we finally made it connect, and then it is rather simple. The set up software is definitely the problem!

Shipping was very fast but I haven’t opened box yet.

I like the portability for use with my laptop and Surface Pro. At first the sleep timer was a hassle and is still only 30 minutes max. But it seems to wake up when addressed after 30 minutes. I have an older 1tb model that goes to sleep and can only wake with restart PC

Not to easy to set up, but great tech support. With the support installation went without any problems. Once up and running no problems. Automatic updating easy to monitor.

This is just what I need to back up my photos from my computer.

The product works as advertised. The instructions are somewhat poorly written and confusing but once I figured things out, the backup went smoothly.

Needed a hard drive for my ps4. This thing was plug and play. Worth it
