The WD 2TB USB 3.0 drive is definitely worth the money I spent. I am using with Windows backup and have had zero problems with it. The monitoring software that comes with it is a bit of overkill. I removed it from Windows auto startup, as the drive is quite reliable without it.

Been using this brand for years. Needed a medium to place the pics that were piling up on my devices. Been very satisfied with WD for years and have several in my gaming pc. The go to brand for a quality drive of any kind.

Does the job for me as extra storage/file backup for PC/Mac. I have used similar WD external drives in the past 5 years without issue. I only plug these in for a few minutes at a time and unplug when not in use. This one came with minimal packaging - cable and drive only.

I can store so much adult material on this sucker. Seriously. Tons of really nasty, dirty, degrading, content can be stored and then destroyed upon your death as instructed. Or sent to a bible camp. Whatever, you're dead.

I had seagate hard drives in the past and they don’t last, WD is a better quality and choice

I use this to back up my documents on my desktop and laptop. It was very easy to use and copied the documents quickly. I do not keep it plugged in all the time, using it only when I want to make periodic backups. It does have software to do automatic backups.

I’m looking forward to daughter opening gift at Christmas.

I have only had it for about a week and I'm still trying to figure out the back up settings but my older Windows 7 Pro computer had no problem recognizing it. You will have to download Utilities and the connection cord is only about 12 linches long. Hope it lasts.

Easy to use. Good price for the storage capacity. The usb cable could be a bit longer but it's reasonable.

This hard drive is well-made and does what it is supposed to. Nothing fancy, just reliable and spacious storage. I use it to supplement the internal storage on a PS4 and it is doing the job just fine. Not much to say beyond that.

I bought this drive because I wanted to be able to install Xbox One games to it and be able to carry them with me in my pocket. The only thing I'll say is that 2TB might not be enough for those with but game libraries but for casual games like myself this is perfect.
