Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far, it is doing exactly what I intended it do do- back up my data!

Service is always great and the product selections are always generous.

Just what I needed. I found the product quickly at a good price. The ordering and pick up was smooth and nicely handled during this Corona virus lock down. Very happy with the service and the product.

Easy to use great amount of memory. Small easy to carry in a purse is desired

I bought this as a backup for tax records, important documents and family pictures. I decided to buy a trusted brand (WD) to make sure my data is secure. The drive is quiet, quick, and comes with installed software.

It’s not the best storage drive I just needed for work. Wish it was solid state when I got it.

It works as intended and its decently priced. I would spring for the larger storage sizes as they are usually worth the few extra dollars

It installed fairly easily, the software is very rudimentary. But it does the job.

I originally bought this for my wife, but ending up keeping it for myself. The 5 TB Hard Drive went on sale the next week and I bought her that one instead. It works great and has a lot of storage.

read reviews and everything from reviews look great but giving as gift

My computer files, documents and pictures are too valuable to lose. Backup, backup, backup! WD external hard drives are the best! I can easily take it between home and school. Much easier than carrying a laptop.

Works perfectly! I’m a photographer and needed a portable hard drive to store photos on. After having 2 brands that never worked quite how I wanted, I settled for this and so far, so good! Works pretty fast too! (iMac user)

Purchased this item for my grandson and he was pleased. It's really great according to him, he does not have to delete games in order to download other games. With 2TB, there's plenty of space for more games. He sure couldn't thank me enough.

Great storage, large capacity. Quick upload and download speed

I had just bought a new Canon and my memory cards got filled up during vacation. This hard drive was easy to use and allowed me to download everything from my camera to free up all the space I needed for more pictures

I needed another hard drive for my studio. I store very large files that I need access to regularly. This drive worked perfectly out of the box and has been reliable ever since. I would buy this hard drive again if needed.

I'm using this with my PS4 and Works perfectly,s hard drive worked and has been working without any issues for about a year now. I especially love it because it takes up very little space and does not require a power source.

Compact and holds a lot of data. I like knowing I won’t lose my files.

Good price for size of hard drive. Easy to use. Plug and save.

Got this for backups on our laptop, worked great out of the box and a good buy from bestbuy which was on sale. Also did a disk image . No problems at all to date , would recommend buying this , good product.
