Customer Ratings & Reviews

I needed an external hard drive with high capacity and extremely reliable to store my photographs. I found that in this hard drive. I have a couple of these Passports and couldn't be happier with them.

Good brand decent quality. I will buy more. Great price

Been using to store photos on. Still going (knock on wood) after 3+ years. Connects easily and seems decently quick for what I need it for.

purchased the drive as a back up. works welll. has its own program to run auto back ups.

Unit is good but the instructions for using it is not good.

This is a great item and is positioned at just the right price point for the mid level consumer. Fit for the purpose intended...it should stand next to everyone's computer.

The software is not recognized by my Mac. I had to format and then it was recognized.

i had a quick need for some external storage. went to Best Buy online and found exactly what i needed. ordered online for in-store pickup. everything went smooth and the product performed great!!!

I recently bought this and its really good. I got the 2TB version. The only thing that i was confused about was setting it up for my mac. But its really simple to do once you understand what to do.

Western Digital always makes a good product at a decent price. This drive is no exception and I am using it to store all my music currently. I did load the software that comes with the unit, but I am not going to use any of that functionality personally. To me this would especially good coupled with a computer with an SSD drive.

This unit holds SO much data. I have transfered 10's of thousands of pictures, 5 thousand songs, and lots of documents. It is also SO much smaller in space than my last hard drive.

Good quality external Hard drive and Good performance

This external hard drive saved the day when our Xbox ran out of space. Super easy to install, plug it in and get back to gaming within minutes!

This is the perfect size for me for my all back ups and isn't to bulky to carry around like older portable hard drives. it also feels more sturdy than ones I've had in the past.

Love this device haven’t had any problems with it easy to use and store away when not using or traveling lots of memory and backup and restoring programs on it just in case

I bought this memory to use for my PS4 system since it was running out of space. Super awesome memory runs the games very smooth and fast.

I bought this in a deal on black friday. Very good product. You must install WD drivers to get USB 3 speed on Windows machine.

This was a quick and easy way to expand the storage capacity of my Xbox console. Just plug into one of the USB ports on the Xbox and boom! You have an extra 2 terabytes to store your downloaded games.

I used the multiple computer systems. I use them to save music files and anything that has to do with a computer gets saved on those as ewll.

I have to have these from time to time to back up files when out in the field doing shoots and videos. When traveling and can't be home having these handy to quickly back up is a must.
