I got this for my PlayStation 4 (500GB original model) and it WORKS GREAT!!! All I had to do was plug it in and I instantly saw a pop up asking me if I wanted to convert it to my PS4(meaning I wouldn’t be able to use it for anything else afterwards) I pressed “agreed” and in seconds I was able to use it. It even asked me if I wanted to put future installments straight to the hardrive instead of my console. My only issue is that I have to plug it in on the front of the console since there aren’t any USB ports anywhere else on it but thats NOT the hardrive’s fault. I recommend this product to any gamer, especially for the price!!! Also, I have an Xbox One as well so I know for a fact that a 2TB hardrive is plenty. Just DONT GET 1TB!!!

Great little portable hard drive. Not heavy or bulky. Has lots of space to store pics and files!

What you see is what you get with this product. Very easy to use, takes next to nothing to set up; you just plug it in and you're good to go! Also, I love the size of it!

Perfect for what I wanted it for. I have only had it a week but have downloaded all my iTunes movie purchases and tv shows and music onto it easily from my new Lenovo PC. Leaves me all of the 1 Terrabyte of memory the computer came with and now I can bring movies anywhere I want. Tech support I did not mark stars for because I had no interaction with them as the device was simple to use. If it breaks or becomes unusable within a few months I will update my review but it has and does everything I bought it for and I got it for $69 in a bundle package.

Caught this one on sale, should have bought every unit on the shelf. Bare WD bones drive, but fully functional. Moderately sturdy build, secure cable connector. Easy no-hassle plug 'n' play in my Windows 10 PC. Triple-digit read and write speeds on larger files. A little pokey on mass transfer of smaller image files I blitzed the unnecessary WD backup software pre-loaded (trust me, if you know what you're doing. you don't need it). Highly recommended.

I should have purchased this hard drive along time ago. It holds so many pictures. I downloaded pictures from my cell phone and my husband’s cell phone. Easy to use.
