Got this as a gift for my sister. She has an excess of photos she needed to store. She loves it and says it was very simple to install and use.

I purchased this at best buy on sale and it was a great value for the price. I really like western digital and the 2TB was only a few more dollars than the 1TB.

My iphone was running low on storage so I had to purchase this to store my videos and millions of photos. I love it because it’s plug and play. I recommend it.

Second Toshiba easystore portable drive I have bought. First one is a 1Tb and runs as a backup/time machine drive on a MacPro edit station. Solid, dependable, no worries.

After installing the 4TB version on my HP Envy PC running Windows 10, I had high expectations for installing and configuring this drive on my wife's HP Pavilion dv6 notebook; also running Windows 10. Alas, those expectations were not achieved. While the Devices application finds the drive and reports it is operating correctly, Windows Explorer does not. Furthermore, Windows 10 Backup configuration does not find the drive; keeping me from setting-up backups of the PC to this drive. NOTE: This drive was purchased because the PC's previous external and backup drive from Seagate does not support Windows 10. The Pavilion was originally acquired with Windows 7 installed. Seagate has fallen from grace in my opinion with their not upgrading the device to support Windows 10 and they MAY have interfered with Windows 10;'s drive environment and be the source of my problems with this new drive.

If had this drive for a while now. And it works pretty good. I use it mainly to save movies from my android device. Everything works great. But it dose have a little problem with starting up with my android device. I have to turn it off and on a few times to get it working.

It does exactly what it's supposed to. Hooked up easily to my ps4 and synced up. It's a but sensitive if you bump into it but other than that its great.

Bought to use as extra storage for x-box one. Plug into your usb drive, x-box recognizes it, your good to go. That easy. A must have if you want to load a lot of games to your system.

This is the 4th WD Hard Drive I own, hooch tells you the first 3 must be good products. This one is for precious old family photos that I'm scanning. Would never trust them to another brand.

I love how small and compact this unit is. I use it to simply back up my laptop which is mostly pictures and word docs. Nothing too fancy, but it's small, sleek and unobtrusive.

WD-Easystore external drive is easy to use. Plugged it into my computer and easily saved files to this drive. Like being able to store it away from computer when not needing to use it.

Overall my experiences when I visit t the Best Buy store in person Waxahachie, Tx, have been excellent. However, no one will answer the phone when I call. This is both inconvenient and annoying.

I was looking for a simple USB-3 hard drive for consolidating both offline files and older laptop files. This 2T drive works well for this. Is also gave me a near-online backup of my data.

I have this hooked up to my PS4 and it works great as an external drive. That's all I needed it to do. The PS4 sometimes acts stupid in reading it but the drive itself works.
