I love how small and compact this unit is. I use it to simply back up my laptop which is mostly pictures and word docs. Nothing too fancy, but it's small, sleek and unobtrusive.

WD-Easystore external drive is easy to use. Plugged it into my computer and easily saved files to this drive. Like being able to store it away from computer when not needing to use it.

Bought this for my son for his PS4 because we were always deleting games this thing is so fast and easy plug it in and move games over and makes room for more!!

I was looking for a simple USB-3 hard drive for consolidating both offline files and older laptop files. This 2T drive works well for this. Is also gave me a near-online backup of my data.

I purchased this at best buy on sale and it was a great value for the price. I really like western digital and the 2TB was only a few more dollars than the 1TB.

Works just fine, nothing more or less to say. Purchased it to help backup an old drive while upgrading to an SSD and now it’s working as an external drive for my Xbox One S.

I'm hardly qualified to give a useful, technical review of an external hard drive. But I am definitely pleased to have an inexpensive, compact, portable place in which to keep all my files.

I purchased it because I wanted to start buying games on my PS4 instead of buying multiple discs and having to switch between them. The format was super easy and works great

The product is fine. The service associated with it was not. I sent an email to the individual listed on a handout over two weeks ago and have not gotten a response. That speaks very loudly about how Best Buy feels about its customers.

If had this drive for a while now. And it works pretty good. I use it mainly to save movies from my android device. Everything works great. But it dose have a little problem with starting up with my android device. I have to turn it off and on a few times to get it working.

I have this hooked up to my PS4 and it works great as an external drive. That's all I needed it to do. The PS4 sometimes acts stupid in reading it but the drive itself works.

It does exactly what it's supposed to. Hooked up easily to my ps4 and synced up. It's a but sensitive if you bump into it but other than that its great.

Got this as a gift for my sister. She has an excess of photos she needed to store. She loves it and says it was very simple to install and use.

I have thousands of pictures which I have taken myself and have had handed down from family members. I use this drive as the home for all my pictures. It has served me.

It was recommended by my knowledgeable Best Buy sales associate, Erica. It fit my needs and saved me money while giving me more storage space then I initially was looking for.

No instructions on use with product (no users guide). Reference to online users guide did not lead to what I would call a users guide. Had to go to YouTube videos to find some guidance; and since I am not computer savvy, found some of them too dense to comprehend.
