Didn't work for PS4

I didnt try it out any other way as I was just looking for something specifically for game storage. I took it back to my local Bestbuy and they exchange it no questions asked.

I downloaded the user manual from the website. Product was a little confusing about how it works but it seems to be saving my documents and other things off my computer now

The software provided to help you set it up for Mac wasn't terribly help[ful and I had to use Disk Utility to format it for use on both Windows and Mac, but otherwise this is a solid external for the money.
