Frustrating item

There were no installation instructions included. I was finally able to put it into my Mac but can’t figure out how to reformat it to a Mac to use as a backup. Customer service wanted to remote into my computer-which I’m uncomfortable with so I’m going to have to go back to the store for assistance-hopefully without a service charge.

And they always seem to be easier to use. This is my go between for my PS4 and PC and it has no issues.
