Disappointing so far

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is hard for me to review this, since I have been unable to get it to install without disconnecting my laptop from the internet. I am going to call their customer support next week. The email links they have sent me are not helpful, particularly if I lose internet access every time I try something. I don't know if the defect is in the product or me. Will try to update later. I had assumed it would be relatively easy to connect and use as a back-up. Can't recommend at this point, but if it turns out I got a defective one and they replace or they help me get it working, I might change my mind.
