Good Drive but hate the software included

It was difficult to get setup at first since I was on a linux computer. I had to format it from my chromebook before it would work.

Not compatible with MacOS High Sierra

I returned one, then insisted Geek Squad try the second before I left. They confirmed that running disk utility from High Sierra corrupted the drive so that it could not be used.
