Very compact and portable it fits just about anywhere. I use it with my MacBook and it works perfectly with Time Machine. Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had this for about a month now...got it on sale at a great price and so far, so good...easy, user-friendly function...literally plug it in and it's ready to go in about 10 seconds...has def been helpful in keeping my laptop from getting too cluttered with drone work...as soon as i got this, i moved about 42GB of photos and videos off the laptop...2TB seems like a lot, but i "fear" that this may fill up faster than expected...lol
