Because Installing Every Time Can Be a Pain

Can be used with modern consoles to store your games, but don't expect to play them from the drive. You can use it to store them and write them back and forth when you want to play them on the console itself. Good solution if you are strapped for cash, but as for me, I plan to get something better later. Still this drive hasn't had any issues for me, and I got mine a few years ago.
