Simple standard exactly what you want. Tried in true spinning hard drive as it’s been for 2530 years. This will get the job done. It’ll work it’ll function it’ll last. No barracuda drive inside this guy! This is the one you want. This is the way you should go pick one up. You won’t be disappointed.

I think WD 2TB is a very valuable product for me as a photographer. I can load thousands of photos in large RAW or JPG format and carry them everywhere. It is also fast enough for uploading and downloading wheis very important while demoing photo portfolio.

It does the job for storing pictures and movies. Doesn't get hot and very quiet.

this external drive is the perfect little gadget to store your massive hoard of steam games if youre sick of uninstalling and reinstalling games just to play them for a week. as long as you have a tiny little space to place it by your computer or laptop, you're golden!

Easy to use. Bought it to back up home movies and pictures. Lots of storage.

Decent little external drive. Can be used with modern consoles to store your games, but don't expect to play them from the drive. You can use it to store them and write them back and forth when you want to play them on the console itself. Good solution if you are strapped for cash, but as for me, I plan to get something better later. Still this drive hasn't had any issues for me, and I got mine a few years ago.

Easy to use. Cheap. Seems to work well. Don’t know about reliability

This has a USB connection to connect to a converter to my MacBook. I formatted to MacOS using the disk utility. Then I was able to connect Time Machine and now have current backups.

Needed a portable hard drive, so bought the Western Digital Easystore. It was pretty simple to set up and is capable of saving files that can be accessed on a MAC or a Windows machine. No issues so far.
