I lost all my important documents and videos. I am absolutely devastated that I trusted this company/device. I have no clue why it crashed since I took very good care of it and all my electronics including my laptop were all brand new. I cry every time I think about all the files I lost. I regret buying it and I wish I could get my money back. My other hard drive that I have, have lasted for several years, but I switch from a mac to a PC and so I bought this hard drive for my pc and put all my content on it. Big mistake, I lost everything.

He showed me the Ultra Slim Portable LG and said that it would work. When I got home I tried it b and I couldn't get it to work. So I have a worthless SKU:5852919 Model SP8ONB80 Slim 8XMAX DVD Write Speed External D. Disappointed customer.
