Good Product but needs better instructions

I had to call a techie person who knows Macs and he came over and formatted the drive for me. if I did not have access to this help I would have had to return the product.

Stopped working after 3 months. Junk!

I had this 3 months used it on and off, and one day when I plugged it into the computer to add more files, I heard a clicking sound. Now I cannot retrieve my data on it and it is now worthless. Tried to find a company to retrieve the data, since it's family history but they want $2500. So everything on this drive is now gone forever, only after using it 3 months. All my other USB drives continue to work fine. This one was junk! Truly disappointed.

Great External Drive

What a nice surprise to get MORE than you were expecting !
