Great price for extra storage.

Only lasted a few months

Bought this at the end of February 2021 and now it has stopped working (end of Sept 2021). So...it lasted almost 7 months. I tried to contact Best Buy, but they told me to contact the geek dept (but after 3 calls and no human I stopped trying that) and the option is to take it into a store. Very disappointed in BB's customer service. This product costs too much for this to happen.

Great External Drive!!

Great thing about this one is that it does not need a power supply, all running off of usb 3.0 , and the write speed was at 100 mb/s After formatting, it gave me 1.81 TB via Windows 10

GARBAGE! Locks up my computer every time I try to reformat it for my Mac and the software it comes with is useless. These devices used to be plug and play, now they are buy and return.
