Easystore anything but easy to set-up

It is not, emphasis added. I had to spend hours on the phone with Geek Squad technical support to get backup drive linked up with my computer.

There is not a website that can guide you through the setups that I could understand. It is not easy to use. I wasted a lot of time getting it running.

The manufacture should PRINT a step by step instruction for loading and down loading this hard drive from an old machine to a new machine.. 2. Geek squads MUST make sure they back up ALL the owners computers files. I will carry it back and we will give it another try.in a few days.

I think it would be difficult for some users to setup. Good thing BestBuy has GeekSquad to help those folks - I'd recommend that if you aren't a skilled user.
