Works great and comes with safe packaging. Chances of getting scratches on the hard-drive so purchase case as protect it with a case.

Was easy to backup once I figured out how to get my MacBook to recognize the external drive. I think the driver disc was unhelpful as I don’t have a CD drive on my computer. I think the memory is enough for what I use it for which is mostly photos downloaded from my phone

I'd been looking for the part I needed to get my Dish Wally receiver to to record in my motorhome. It was not recording my favorite shows. Now it is working perfectly. Thanks to Best buys.

I just wanted to let my PCs run Windows 7 image backups. I just move it to the right PC before the scheduleddate and do not use any of the preinstalled software.

Great Drive for your money. It also comes with Utilities, Security, Discovery and Backup. It is not loud in the background.....very quiet.

For the price this little hard drive is simply amazing. The back up software works very well and I use it on a regular basis to keep a back up of my laptop

I had trouble getting the software to work, got a lot of errors messages. Returned the drive to Best Buy and got another Western Digital model. That one worked right out of the box. Best Buy always stand behind their products.

overly complicated, I wanted it to back up files on my computer and it makes it easier to back up my cloud content than my PC.

After using it for sometime there was some noise from the hdd. Data transfer rates are good and the software that comes with it is helpful. I’d go back to seagate.

My husband had only purchased a 250 GB PS4 and the space quickly ran out but some one had recommended this product to add more space to his PS4 and it is amazing.

Got this to replace a Seagate drive - it has worked so well so far. It has software for backup, though works well with Apple Time Machine.

Works well, set up was easy. Fall short of security since no password protection is available other than that just good medium of storage.

I've never had an issue with these SSD's. This one is used for my SSD laptop bit I'm sure it would also work great on a gaming system for more space.

Need an extra hard drive for data storage. This one happens to be on sale. It is a great choice if you are on a budget and do not care much about the form factor.

Bought this product Black Friday last year for my Xbox One and have not had any issues with it. No external power source needed, just plug in, format, and go!

I the software was on the drive and ran as soon as it was plugged in. Wanted to just backup a few folders and it did it just fine.
