I was recomended this model and it was on sale. It arrived in 1 day, great, no? I proceeded to download the software on my mac and my macback pro 2019 has a software that is too recent and paragon, the software needed to read files on my mac is not compatible . What kind of BS is this? the latest update released by paragon for mac OS was in 2019. Extremely disapointed. Now i have to go to a store to return it, Thanks bestbuy for wasting my time!!

Definitely recommended for PC, but not for MAC.

After 5 months this product has failed beyond recovery. a chip on the board is getting blazing hot as soon as it's plugged in. I have lost 5 months of files. I have learned my lesson and I'm going to the cloud.
