Great addition to my Playstation 4. The 500GB seems like enough storage, but it is not, this is just what I needed.

After looking for the right drive it was easy to know... This was the drive I was looking for. No problems, quick load times.

We use these for system backups. Swap every day with another drive. All we have are these and they work great.

Needed a hard drive immediately, went to my local Best Buy and they had it in stock, ready for pick up and at a great price.

Only problem I've had with them is the USB cable tends to go after a year if used often. Other than that they've been sold!

Have to install their software. Really annoying. Made it difficult to transfer from an old computer. Going to return

I have not had this piece for a year yet. I also have not had to access anything I have put on here yet. After a year or two goes by, I will update this review, if I remember. Or if the product fails. Thanks for my points.

Best external hard drive I’ve ever had just wish it had the lockable feature on it

I have purchased 3 of these They ususally break down after the 4 time i use it.. i get a internal error. Which if you didn't but the warranty i have to take it to geeksquad at best buy and only they can retrieve my pictures for $100 Like this storage cost me like $50 Rip off Thought it was just defective so I purchased 2nd one lost that one Purchased a 3rd one did the same thing Internal error. I'm done with these They start up easy to download pictures takes forever to download pictures off my iPhone like 2hrs

So far so good, old computer didn’t have usb3 so not sure how fast it is. Only had it a short time so not sure how long it lasts. Did the job though and no complaints especially at this price.

I got tired of deleting games to add new games because I ran out of storage. This hard drive is great.

Aside from the slow download speed, this has worked great transferring recordings from my dvr to free up space!

There are no instructions that come with the product, and the online help is not great. Not being a member of the Geek Squad, I still haven’t figured out how to work this.
