Really hard for MacBook Air

Cheap and high capacity.

Parkling lot signs didn't have any phone numbers to call. Forced to download app, not helpful. Purchase ended up being pick up (not clear during the purchase experience) When I entered the store, where there were 7 employees in a closed circle (not open to questions)...had to interrupt the "coffee clutch," asking about pickup. I teach senior adults technology and this experience would have been a nightmare for my students...to me, it was just frustrating!
