    There are no instructions that come with the product, and the online help is not great. Not being a member of the Geek Squad, I still haven’t figured out how to work this.

    It is not as good as an SSD drive and at times might be a little slow but not too bad - I usually buy these to put HiRes video footage on to deliver to a client. Cheap and high capacity.

    ...frustrated with and cannot recommend buying experience with Best Buy. Parkling lot signs didn't have any phone numbers to call. Forced to download app, not helpful. Purchase ended up being pick up (not clear during the purchase experience) When I entered the store, where there were 7 employees in a closed circle (not open to questions)...had to interrupt the "coffee clutch," asking about pickup. I teach senior adults technology and this experience would have been a nightmare for my students...to me, it was just frustrating!

    Only problem I've had with them is the USB cable tends to go after a year if used often. Other than that they've been sold!
