I use it for my PS4 and I’m up to more than 10 games just on my hard drive alone ! Including GTA which comes with many updates and Call Of Duty which comes with many updates as well. It comes with a built in fan which I never ran into the device over heating! Awesome purchase a little pricey but worth it. If you want to use this for PS4 or any gaming system for extra storage go for it! It’s worth the buy !

Once you go through the PlayStation settings to get the PlayStation to recognize the hard drive, everything else is super simple. I transferred almost all of my downloaded games and game saves from off the PS4 to onto the hard drive. It could be me but it does seem that the PS4 loads faster now. Depending on how many games you are planning on having on your playstaion, this 2TB will be more than enough to keep you happy for awhile. This expanded my memory to a total of 2.5 TB.

The WD- Easystore 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is no exception. The size and ease of use are both great qualities, but the reliability and peace of mind that it gives me is the best quality. I'd recommend this external hard drive to anyone.
